Unplug the unit. Check all heater,sensor, and wire harness connectors for damage or being loose. Remove sensor connector from the board and measure the RTD sensor. At room temperatures it should read 1030-1150ohms. If it does not then replace the heater and recalibrate inductive sensers. If it does then replace the main board and recalibrate sensors.
