My whirlpool cabrio washer has started a non stop buzzing

Customer Question

My whirlpool cabrio washer has started a non stop buzzing while in the sensing mode and will not move on when the cycle. The only way to make it stop is to unplug it.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I'm guessing it's at least 4 or 5 years old. It came to me second hand.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Just that when this first occurred it was hit and miss. Some loads there was no issue with but I haven't been able to use it in over 2 weeks.

Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one assisting you today. Do you happen to have the model number for your unit?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Where would I find that on the unit?
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 2 months ago.

Typically if you open the door it is located somewhere around the door entrance.

I'd like to proceed without this offer if possible.
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 2 months ago.

That is fine. Ok so give me a few mins to type up the diagnostics information that's on that manual so we can try and pull codes off of your unit.
