JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: the last three days call a tech he said ccu i have replaced it
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: if i can

Customer: after replacing the ccu the machine still doesn't run the light flashs three time then two times
