To remove the drawer look at the side of the drawer along the bottom just behind the front panel. There are plastic square tabs that you push in on and then the drawer will pull out further Now you can check to see if there is something that fell behind the drawer. Other than that, sometimes the lid won't raise so the drawer won't shut. You will just have to force the drawer shut by pushing on the front face hard and then start a cycle, wait 60 seconds, and then cancel the cycle to see if the lid will raise. If it won't raise then the lid actuator motors would need to be replaced.
