Customer: replied 2 months ago.
where do I find the model number>?
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

If you open the door, it is usually on the tub, on the left side right in front of the rubber seal.

IN the diagram at the link below, number 8 is the filter. Is that filter clean?

I cleaned the filter
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

Great! So, it fills with water and you hear the motor start to recirculate the water?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I just hear some water noise. But not much. I do not hear a motor
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

Okay, so after it fills, it just sits quietly?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

Okay, that is a very common issue with this model and is almost always a failure of the electronic control. Do you have a test meter to perform any electrical testing with?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I don't
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I call the service center?
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
can I reset it?
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

Well, I can send you a link to the control. It will require removing the screws from around the inner door and separating the panel.

Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

It is an issue with the micro fuse on the control board. It will not reset. I can, however, give you the procedure for trying, if you'd like.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
It is still under warranty
So I think I will call kitchenaid
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

If it is under warranty, I definitely would. That control is expensive!
