Alright on this model the refrigerator cools by stealing air from the freezer section. The freezer section is working which means that something is blocking the air form going up to the refrigerator from the freezer. Now the cooling unit is located in the floor inside the refrigerator. You'll need to pull everything out of the refrigerator section and then work on removing the floor inside the refrigerator. Parts 2 and 15 will need to come out as well as the styrofoam below the floor on the diagram in the link below.

Now toward the back below the floor is a fan motor. If the fan motor isn't running either it needs to be replaced or it's blocked by ice because the drain has backed up. If the funnel below the fan blade is filled with ice, thaw it out with a hair dryer, pull the refrigerator forward, remove the drain line coming out the back of the unit and thaw flush the hose out with a garden hose to make sure it's all clear.
