Customer Question

My Bosch Silence Plus 44 dBA has standing water and has the "watertap" error.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Bosch is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It's 1 year old. And the model is SilencePlus 44 dBA
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If it's not too intensive. Not sure what work needs done.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: It's able to get water, so I think it has to do with it draining. This morning when I started it, there was no water in it and upon finding the error there was sitting water.
