I am sorry, that tag should be on the tub on the left side. The door must be opened to see it and the tag should be right in front of the door gasket on the tub.

Does the cancel button turn the light off? Is there a pattern to the flashing (how many flashes between pauses)?

Your touch panel is experiencing a failure. You may need to replace the control panel but there is a trick you can try first. Turn off the power to the appliance. Use a hair dryer to heat the panel up until very warm while rubbing firmly over each of the buttons. Often times, this will restore operation. Be sure to get the panel very warm but not hot enough to damage the plastic. If this does not work, the panel will need to be replaced.

If you can locate the model number, I can get you a link to the correct panel and provide detailed replacement instructions. Hopefully, the hair dryer will restore operation!
