Inside the door should be a label with the model number.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I'm going to try and drain
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Nope. Nothing. Locked out sign is off. I can hear a hum but notjing
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Tried all buttons. Nothing
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 3 months ago.

Okay if the unit hums there is water in the base. You will need to pull the unit out and tilt it back 45 degrees to let the water drain out of the base.

until the Controls Locked indicator turns

off.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It's built in. Can't get it out of spot. And the him isn't like the dishwasher hum
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 3 months ago.

Its because the anti-flood device is activated. The water will need to be removed in order to reset the unit and have it working again.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Scooby water out
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 3 months ago.

Remove the kickplate under the door and use a shop vac and get the water up.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
How did you get kick plate off
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 3 months ago.

There should be 2 screws on top and bottom in the corners.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Got it off
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 3 months ago.

Do you see any water?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
No
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 3 months ago.

What exactly does the unit do when you try and use it?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Nothing.
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I'm going to have to wait for shop vac.
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 3 months ago.

With no water in the base and the unit will not start then the control board is faulty and will need to be replaced in order to fix it.
