Hi, welcome to Just Answer. Sorry to hear you are having appliance trouble, I know how frustrating that can be! My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

  • The pressure switch sees an issue with the water level, oftentimes caused by excess suds in the tub. Do you see suds in the tub?
  • May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Model #WFW9400SZ04
I do see a small amount of suds in the loads when washing
Expert:  Kelly replied 3 months ago.

You really should see no suds. Are you using a detergent labeled HE?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I am using Gain HE liquid detergent .
I know not to use too much, so I haven't put a lot in.

I suspect there may be a build up in the outer tub and in the area of the pressure hose fitting. Have you used white vinegar or a commercial cleaner recently, like Affresh tablets?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I will try the white vinegar

Pour a gallon in and allow to soak over night. Then, start a hot wash (no clothing) and I suspect it will clean it all out and resolve the issue you are seeing.
