Get your head inside the freezer - is that the source of the noise ? If not pull the fridge out and remove the back cover at the bottom . Is the noise coming from either the condenser fan motor or the compressor back there ? Could also be the main control board - also kjin back behind a metal cover.

Most likely the noise is from the freezer fan motor located behind the back wall inside the freezer , which means removing all theitems from the freezer and the icemaker and the shelves and bins and the freezer door . Do NOT remove the door only - look for screws on the rails and the door and rails lift up and out. I'll get back with the part number.
