Customer Question

my xl1800 is not heating, control panel clock and lights are ok . Is there a fuse I should check?

Unfortunately there is no fuse that will cut power to just the heating portion of the microwave. All fuses cut power to the entire microwave so you'd have no clock or light or anything. That being said, is the microwave 100% silent if you set a cycle to heat? Or does it sound like it's running but nothing is getting warm?

Hello again. I'm just following up because I haven't heard back from you and I see this question is still open and unrated. Is there anything else I can help you with?
