Noel, can you open the door of the appliance and tell me if you can move the front of the inner drum at all (either up/down or side to side)...

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
no movement ---bearings seem o.k.
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 7 months ago.

I was thinking of the drum support, however, that sounds ok..

Is there any evidence of grey dust on the floor, just underneath the appliance?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
floor pan clean

Then you need to check the Shock Absorbers of the appliance.. There are two on your appliance (one at each side of the tub).

Turn off the power and remove the lid. Push the tub downwards at each side using medium amount of force; you are looking for any weakness and also for resistance

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
it does have a lot of movement on the springs and lower mounts
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 7 months ago.

Then I advise you change the Shock Absorbers of the appliance .. They are part number 00448032 for that appliance

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
I will try changing them tomorrow ---thanks Noel
