Customer Question

Hi. Whirlpool SF114PXSW1 gas range. Error code F2. I have the same problem described here. Same oven. Sensor malfunction (most probable, at this stage of diagnosis). How can I order Oven temperature sensor?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: model SF114PXSW1
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Guessing 10 years old, but really have no idea.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: the unit sits pretty tighly in between two counters and the wall.

hello ,you can order the sensor online at the place posted below or any other online parts store but any local parts store in your town should have it as well or can get it for you change it , there are two screws inside the oven that hold it in place , with those screws removed you can sometimes fish the wiring out of the opening and plug the new sensor into the existing plug , but sometimes they dont give you enough slack and you do need to pull the range out and remove the rear panel to get at that quick ccnnect pkug for the sensor
