Customer Question

Water is hooked up, not getting to the dishwasher. The dishwasher is powered on and sounds like it's working, but the water isn't getting to the actual machine.

Let's run a quick test. Start the dishwasher and wait 2 minutes. Open the door and add enough hot water to cover the floor of the tub inside the dishwasher just using a cup and water from your sink. Close the door and continue the cycle. Open the door again after it has been running for 2 minutes and did all the water drain out or is the dishwasher washing with the water you manually added?
