Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I put the thermometer in and I don't understand how to hook the connectors together
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 10 months ago.

Yes I got the pics just now this is not instant....where are the other male wire sockets you are missing some?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I dont think so. When I first took it apart it looked like one was piggybacked on the other. I'll take another pic and show you
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Here u go
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 10 months ago.

Yes but you are missing the wires that those connect to they must be tucked in the frame area

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
When I Took it apart those were the only wires. The one plug was piggybacked with the other with that extension?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
hello?
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 10 months ago.

Yes I am here...trust me you are missing something you have wires missing

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Nothing. I didn't tuck anything away when I opened it.
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 10 months ago.

That black wire would have to connect to a male spade terminal there are none there that I see.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
That black one that is on is just an extender should I just take it off and plug the white one on the other side?
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 10 months ago.

Yes you can but if it is an extension it would have to plug into a male end somewhere that is what I am not seeing?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Sorry but this info has not helped and I am looking for a refund.
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 10 months ago.

No problem I understand I believe you are missing some wire as you have too many wires there and not enough places to plug them into, I will submit this for a refund
