Customer Question

HI. I have a cabrio wtw8000bw. It shakes at spin speed. I have removed the tub and cleaned all surfaces. I ran the diagnostic tests. The tub floats fine. Agitates good. drains. Goes into spin and violent shake. Did a manual motor test. F51 motor sensors are good. Spin test is violent. If I go inside the tub and try to move it back and forth it feels loose and rocking, like the bearing is shot. Could that be the cause of bad shaking. I have checked all springs. They see OK. ????? what to do

  • Does it make a lot of noise in spin, like grinding or bearing noise?
  • Any leakage under machine or a spray ring around the interior of the cabinet at about the bottom of the tub level?
