Customer Question

Am answering your works in all cycles in the "hand wah
JA: Have you tried power cycling the appliance -- unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: It does not spin in the other modes..., it will only agitate. The hand wash mode, all cycles work.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I am guessing it is the washing machine timer. Since I can turn it to the "hand wash" mode, and all cycles work.

Hello, I apologize about all the confusion. The question was closed because you started another question before asking about the same issue but it appears it's been re-opened now. As for your problem, you are correct that if the washer only works normally in hand wash and won't work properly in all the other cycles, your timer itself is just faulty so below is a link to the timer you'd need to order for your model. The part is no longer made but I see one for sale on Ebay for $40.
