E:01 error on my bosch dishwasher . removed glass from filter and there was a power outage. Can not clear the error code

Customer: M939 model is 4 years old

The E:01 error is related to your pump issue.

  • Pump triggering or pump switching is defect
  • Low voltage / Voltage drop


  1. Check that the pump is ok.. if not, replace it.
  2. Check the Power module for damage.. if damaged, repair or replace

The error may be cleared by running the Service Cycle, instructions are attached. Any change when cleared?

I very much doubt that you would be able to read those instruction on the internet as I wrote those...

If you read what I said, I did not say check the power, I said check the Power Module.. That is the circuit board on the appliance.. You need to check the chips on the board for damage.. If there is damage to the chips then you need to change the pcb.

You need to also check that the pump is not short circuit or open circuit
