Hello, this is Dave and I'm happy to help you. What you are seeing is condensation water mixed with either rust, oil from the hinge area or color from the door insulation. This may be happening be cause the room temperature is higher than normal or the temperature inside is a little higher. Unless there is a void in the insulation it should stop and in any event it will not cause a problem unless it makes the hinge area rust.
