the loc means your control is locked out ,sre you near the range right now?
ok , press and hold the + and the - pads at the same time for 3 -4 secs ,press them in at the same time and hold them in
ok i thought the control was locked out ..put the range into self clean ,let it start for a 40 secs and then cancel the self clean function
after cancelling the loc still on ..?did it start the self clean?
when self clean 4:00 came up did you press start? if not ,press start and let it start self clean ..then press cancel after about a minute
can you try it again and this time push slightly on the door ..just a little pressure
in case it has a glitch can you also turn the breaker off to the range for a couple minutes or unplug for a couple minutes to make sure it has reset
cancel it after a minute or so and see if it unlatches
yes it should be in the clean process , after it cleans youshould be able to unlatch it , if it goes thru the process and does not ?then the latch is defective and needs replacement , you have done all the checks and resets
