So the blower is not working?

compressor kicks in and the exhaust hose is hot....but the air is not cold...I already cleaned the filter and was wondering if cooling coils could be dirty and freezing up.

Your payment keeps failing for a phone call.

Now lets just do the text route, the unit is very likely low on freon and the coils are freezing up. Based on the issue if the coils are clean this is about the only thing that could actually cause that issue. You could put a tap valve on the machine and add some freon to it or check the pressures to see if it is indeed low, but based on everything that is the issue here.
