check to see if your fan in the back of the refrig is turning, and check the coils underneath to make sure they are clean.
check to make sure all your door gaskets are closing properly, and that the lights are turning off when you close the door. is the fan in the freezer running?
sounds like a sealed system problem
in otherwords compressor, evap, or condenser.
What is the temp in the freezer?
that is not cold enough. it should 0 to -10. if it is not, the fresh food section will never get to 38. if the coils are not frosted up, and your coils are clean under the refrig, and you checked all above, it is a sealed system problem. with he age of your refrig I would suggest getting a new one.
