Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset. I am Appliance Guru an extremely experienced tech on the site and I try to get to as many customers as I can. I just picked up your question now. NOTE it takes time for me to type research and add links so please wait for me to respond back I can only do this so fast. Secondly I am not paid anything until you rate my service good using the STAR RATING LINK at the top of your page, the money is paid to the site not me directly.

What is the issue?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
the issue is this refrigerator will not cool down to set temperatures in the freezer nor the box
We have changed the control panel in the box, a new compressor, drier, new fan motor in the freezer
3 thermistors I am at wits end

Does it just run continually?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Well the fans do and there's a defrost cycle that it goes through
Are you really researching this ?
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 4 months ago.

Does the compressor run though all the time, you have replaced a lot of stuff and you say it is not cooling so is the compressor actually running?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
it's running the box cools to about 40° And the freezer cool to about 20° and then it won't go down any further
Seems like there's some sort of a control issue
