Customer Question

My washer started leaking out of the back of the washer. It wasn't the hoses. We have spent money to replace the seal on the front loader part and since the back has been leaking, it caused a huge flood in our laundry room.
JA: What's the make and model of your washing machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It's a maytag neptune. It's the 6500 model.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I need someone to know what caused the problem for the flood so I can turn it in to the insurance company.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I think I just explained what I need.
