My Apartments have about 100 Townhouses (1100 sq ft).
I has Washer/Gas Drier and has Gas Supply.
Somewhere (perhaps 20 years ago) the previous owner change it to
120V Drier 12Amp. Since Washer uses 4 Amp, so 12 Gauge wire works fine.
We want to increase the Capacity of the Drier, but is stuck with 220V and 30Amp circuit. Also the washer is stuck with 110V. Any easy way of a smaller capacity Drier, and 220V washer?

The easiest solution would be to use laundry centers that require only a 240 volt outlet. The washing machine gets its power from the same source. Would this be an option, see the link below.
