JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Kenmore is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: its probably 8-10 years old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

Hello, I'm Joel and will be glad to help you today.

Open the freezer door and look at the back wall of the freezer and tell me if you see ice/frost build up on the back panel, thanks. If there is no frost, tell me if the fan in the freezer is running or not. If there is frost that means the refrigerator has a defrost issue and is not going into defrost to melt the ice off the evaporator coils which allows ice to build up on the evaporator and blocks the air circulation in the refrigerator so no cold air gets to the refrigerator. Let me know what you find and we will go from there, thanks.
