Customer Question

I have a whirpool washer model number LSq9110PW2 that will not turn off at the end of the cycle -- unless you manually turn it off it automatically starts another washing cycle. The washer is about 8 years old. Does the timer have to be replaced? If so do you have any videos available to review. There is also a problem with the switch for the top. During the cycle if you raise the top the cycle does not start when closing the lid. Any suggestions.
