  1. Can you hear a fan running in the freezer section? Can you see any frost on the back wall inside the freezer?
  2. May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

There is frost on back wall of freezer. Discovered when I got home. I did not get an answer but my deposit and funds were taken? Motor runs I think. I don't know about fan.
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

The frost on the back wall is why your refrigerator is not cooling well. Do you have a meter to perform any electrical testing with? Unplugging the refrigerator and leaving the doors open for 24 hours will allow a complete thaw and restore cooling temporarily. Let me know regarding the testing meter.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No, I don't have a testing meter.
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

With no way to test, the best you will be able to do is thaw it out and that will restore cooling for about 5-7 days, enough time to schedule an in home service call.

I am not interested in a membership. I thought I was asking a one time question with a one time answer and pay.

I have not been able to get a star rating? This was done automatically?
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

Sorry for the confusion, that is my fault and I apologize.
