My Scotsman ice maker gradually slowed down the ice production and now it is not producing any ice.

Before considering parts replacement, inspect the condenser coil radiator for a layer of lint blocking the air flow through it. Remove the debris with a ShopVac, and give the machine a couple of hours to cool back down and stabilize. If you need more help, please let me know.
