Customer Question

Jenn air model #WW27210B double wall oven (upper convection, lower regular).
Lower oven works fine and all digital displays operating normally with no error messages.
Upper oven does not heat up - heating elements, temperature control sensor, and thermostat are all working normally. Digital display does not go above 100 degrees when oven is turned on. Heating elements do not turn on.
Are the switch control or relay module possible causes of problem?

its number 4 that's the thermofuse

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
number 4 is the very one I just replaced...oven still does not work.
Expert:  Ezekiel replied 5 months ago.

ok if the control says 100 but no heat on either element on the upper and the thermofuse is replaced and you have no busted wires then the control board for that oven is bad now have you checked the breakers as you have 110 to the top and the same to the bottom
