The freezer must be at least 10* F or colder to make ice. If it is at least that cold, I would manually fill the ice maker (if it is empty now) and see what happens in about 4 hours. If cubes dump but it does not fill back up, there is an issue with the fill tube or the water inlet valve. If it doe snot dump the cubes, the ice maker is faulty. Let me know what happens.
