Customer Question

I have a washer/dryer combo model GUD27ESSJ0WW I have had this for less than a year. It recently began pouring water underneath the unit when the unit is beginning to fill the tube with water. What could be causing this?

First, check the water supply hose connections to the faucets to make sure they're tight. If they are, check the hose connections to the inlet water valve. If you need more help, please let me know.
