Hi

Does the freezer seem to be working ok?

Is the rest of the fridge cold even though its not freezing like the top shelf?

Regards

Ok then if the top shelf is freezing up then its more the likely the air damper in there not fully closing so it allowing the cold air to flow through the vent and freeze the top shelf.

What you need to do is remove the plastic cover inside the fridge at the top and there you will see the air damper. Just check this isnt jammed up as sometimes it and freeze and it keeps the flap open a bit.

But if its clear from ice then its more then likely just a faulty air damper which will need to be replaced and that should get the fridge working as normal again from there.

how do u get it off
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 6 months ago.
The cover is held on by a few screws and then you will see the damper. This is held on by tabs but once you have the cover off you will see how it's held on from there.

Where are the screws located
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 6 months ago.
Ok looking at this model then you may need to remove the plastic covers at ththe too attached to the roof inside the fridge. There will be screw holding the vent cover towards the top and then once that's off you should be able to remove the back cover from there

Don't see a screw
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 6 months ago.
Can you post a picture of the covers inside the fridge please
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
The bolt at the bottom appears to hold up the selve holder
Expert:  Daniel T. replied 6 months ago.
That screw/ bolt you can see just under the cover remove this and see if you can then remove the cover from there
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
That did nothing but loosen up the shelf holder
