Has there been an issue with lots of soap suds?

that can be possible, anoter person used this machine . After 3 or4 times witout soap, i saw suds again .

That would be the issue. Pour 1 gallon of white distilled vinegar in the tub and run a full cycle with no clothes. That should rinse it all out and restore operation.

Is all of the water pumping out, even though that code is displaying?

i check the pump , the pump workred well, during the different step , and at the end of the last cycle it ringing , the door unlocked but stay litle bit of water inside.

If it is not draining all of the water, if you are certain the drain hose is clear, the pump will need to be replaced. The plastic impeller that moves the water is likely loose on the motor shaft and not creating good drain pressure.
