Hello, this is Dave. We can run diagnostics to determine the problems that are stored in memory. In diagnostics the Clean LED will flash to give a two digit code. As an example it could flash 9 times, pause and flash 3 times. This would be a 9-3 code. After a longer pause the code will be repeated two more times and then if there is another code that will be flashed 3 times. There could be up to 4 codes. Here is diagnostics entry.

Press Start to wake up the control. Pick 3 buttons and press then one at a time in sequence. Repeat the sequence 2 more times. After the third time all the LEDs will come on for a short time and then the LEDs will start to flash the codes. Be ready to count and write down the numbers. Let me know what you get.
