The most common source of water is going to be from the ice bucket dripping through the dispenser. Does there appear to be any issues with the seal of the flapper door that may be allowing warm air to the ice area?

Ok but what are my option how do I fix it and is it something that is usually under warranty?

Okay, so it is not under warranty. If the seal is sealing good at the outlet, then you probably have a leak inside the door panel. Is that seal sealing as it should?
