we have a magic chef electric range model 38HA-3TXW
when try to bake we set the needed final temp
then the light goes to 105 degrees and after a few seconds, turns off
are we doing something wrong or do we need servicing?

Unfortunately you're not doing anything wrong, the logic in the display board is just corrupt. Try to unplug the range for 5 minutes to see if the electronics will reset. If that doesn't work the display board is just faulty and it's no longer made so if you wanted to fix the issue you'd need to send the old board into a place like to have them refurbish the board which costs about $150-200 and takes about 2 weeks.
