Unfortunately this is a fairly well known problem for this model and the issue is the main low voltage control board back by the compressor under the refrigerator in the far back right corner. If you pull the refrigerator out and remove the lower back access panel, there is a sheet metal box against the right side wall that you need to remove to access the board inside. The board part number is ***** which is no longer made so you can either try to locate a refurbished board online or you can send your old board to a place like Core Centric Solutions and they will refurbish the board for about $200 or so typically. I'm sorry about the bad news.
