Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Please know that I am not compensated for my time by the site until you rate using the stars at the top of your page. A rating is appreciated once we get to the solution for your appliance issue, thanks! The bulbs should pull straight out, they are push in type bulbs. Are you seeing a retainer that must be removed because I cannot see that in the breakdown below. CLICK HERE Can you post a picture?

I read the manual and it says to remove the 2 screws and pull the bulb out.

I am unable to see the screw head in the service literature. Typically, they are a Phillips head or a Torx (star shaped). Can you post a picture?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Not at this time. It's not a Phillip's and I've tried a Torx
