After hitting th on/off button screen led flashes

Customer: After hitting on/off button then normal wash then start button can hear the washer turning on. Led flashes time..2.46.. The cycle does NOT start. Turned off to try again and same flashing led of 2:46. ?? Will not let me cancel cycles or any other commands. Thanks Please help. This machine is only 1 year old model SGE63E15UC. Never given trouble before.

Answer: Try to completely reset the unit by shutting off power at the circuit breaker for a full minute then turning it back on see if it works and get back to me.
