It is labeled wrong on Sears it should say Bottom Mount Freezer, but it is the right part 100%

I just saw your reply, The damper is very easy to change just remove the knob and the outer trim cover will lift off. Then you can slip off the styrofoam and the damper is just snapped into the rectangular slot. There are two tabs on each side of the damper just bend them out a little one side at a time and pull the damper out and reinstall, you really need no tools other than maybe a flat blade screwdriver to do the job.
