I have an Enviro Windsor that came with the house I bought

Customer Question

I have an Enviro Windsor that came with the house I bought a few months ago. It rattles quite a bit and wondered what I can do to have it tone down. Also, should I clean the tubing inside the little door on the outside of the house? it looks like it could be buildup?? Thank you for your help. This is the first time I've ever owned a stove like this.

I do believe that there is a fan on this system? Correct, I have seen where this can vibrate, Usually the fan lasts 5 years or so before needing replaced.

Ok, I will look into this. How about the outside tube question? Do I need to clean this out regularly? I find the manual very vague and confusing.

Thats your chimney I belive or in older homes your flue would run thru this for your furnace as well. Are you sure its vented into this?
