Have you cleaned the condenser and checked that the fan is running?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Fan is spinning. I feel air in freezer moving upwards.Thawed what little frost there was on condenser w hair dryer.

Have you pulled out the unit and taken off the back and cleaned the condenser?

I hadn't done that. It was dusty. Just blew off w a condensed air can. It's clean now. There was a puddle under fridge around that rough area too after moving fridge out.
