Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Do you hear the switch click when you press in the paddle? Is the water working?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Water works , does not seem to click any more on the ice side
Expert:  Kelly replied 9 months ago.

Okay, so the switch is probably faulty or there is a broken part in the dispenser. Can you please double check that model number?

The link below shows how the dispenser comes apart to allow inspection of the components. I suspect the issue lies with the 38A switches, unless the lever fells soft and mushy and is not opening the chute. Can you disassemble and get a look inside? Be sure to unplug the refrigerator.
