Hello there should be a drain and cancel button holding those w for 3 to 5 seconds will clear the cycle if the relays on the board are working properly and did not stay energized

Expert:  Ezekiel replied 1 year ago.

Ok let me check

Expert:  Ezekiel replied 1 year ago.

Hi ok did some research and the only reset when the co trols wont respond is unplugging it to clear any stored code if it wont reset then the problem is with the main board that sits at the bottom a glitch has caused the relays not to respond to command. Therefore replacing the board is your only option. Please rate me on my help in diagnosing the unit thats how i get paid. Thank you
