Hi

The motors on these are 120v. So if the drum isn't turning then its either the control board or the motor itself.

The motors on there are what they can 3 phase brushless motors. To test them you need a multi meter.

Disconnect the wiring block on the motor and there you will see 5 tags.

The top 2 tags are the tacho so should have 2 red wires going to the back of the tags.

Test the top 2 tags for continuity and see if that's fine.

Then the bottom 3 tags will all read between themselves. So make sure you have continuity between all 3 tags and if you do then the motor is fine.

If the motor is fine and the wires are ok in the push fit block then the motor control board will be the fault here. Now sometimes looking at the board it can look ok in theres no burning on there. But they can still be faulty.

So check the motor for continuity on the pins as above and if that's ok then the fault will be the motor control board which will need to be replaced on this to cure it.
