Customer Question

I just installed a kitchenaid induction cooktop.
When I try to turn on any of the 4 burners, the setting shows up for a few seconds and then burner turns off. For the few seconds that its on I can hear a clicking sound before it turns off.
The wiring is correct per the wiring diagram and the breaker does not trip.
All the touch commands seem to work but the burners do not actually "turn on".
I have tried each burner with a pot placed on it and without.
Any ideas?
