We have just had a new washer delivered. The delivery man ran a washer full of water, fine. When he left we put a small load in and hit start, then paused, then stop, then start. The machine filled but is now sitting idle. What to do?

have you tried to select and run a cycle?

We chose a medium fill, warm cycle, but may have hit start/pause/stop too many times.

unplug the unit for more then 5 min and then plug it back in to see if it has been rebooted
