Customer Question

I replaced the orifice on the gas dryer converting it to lp gas and now the clothes (whites) come out with soot marks on them. I cleaned the flame vent to dryer drum and drum with clothes gets coated with soot.

You need to change the gas regulator from the one for natural gas to a regulator for propane. These regulators are available at any hardware or home repair store. Thank you for choosing JustAnswer.
